Biscoff Cinnamon Pull-Apart Rolls

An Easy Grown-Up Brunch or Dessert Treat! These pull-a-parts are made with Pillsbury crescent dough, Biscoff, and cream cheese, and they're ready in just 15 minutes. They're also perfect for sharing, making them a great option for brunch or dessert.

  • 1 Pizza cutter or large knife
  • 1 Large cutting board
  • 8x8 baking pan

Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients:

  • 1 can 8 oz Pillsbury crescent dough sheet
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Strawberry Puree Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

Instructions for Rolls:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease an 8x8 baking pan generously.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Biscoff and cream cheese and vanilla until smooth.
  • Dust a cutting board with flour and unroll the dough sheet.
  • Spread the Biscoff cream cheese mixture in a thin layer over the dough, sprinkle the cinnamon on top and roll up the dough long ways.
  • Using the pizza cutter or a large knife, cut the roll into 16 pieces and arrange in the pan (4 per row).
  • Brush with milk and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool a little before serving.

Instructions for Strawberry Sauce:

  • While the rolls are cooling, throw the strawberries, powdered sugar and vanilla in a blender or food processor and blend on high until pureed.
  • Pour over the cinnamon rolls, serve and enjoy!

Notes

Tips:
For extra fluffy cinnamon rolls, let the crescent dough rise for 5 minutes before rolling it out.
If you want to make the cinnamon rolls ahead of time, assemble them as directed and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to overnight. In the morning, remove the baking sheet from the refrigerator and let the cinnamon rolls come to room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
To make these cinnamon rolls kid-friendly, add sprinkles, chocolate chips, or nuts to the top of the cinnamon rolls before baking.
