Equipment
- 1 Microwave safe dish or pyrex
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp of your favorite red wine I opt for Pinot Noir
- 1/2 cup of white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- Your choice of dessert to top it with recommended: olive oil ice cream and 'berryella' focaccia bread (see recipes)
- Your favorite toppings ie: chocolate chips, sprinkles, sea salt, etc.
Instructions
To make it:
- Microwave the white chocolate and coconut oil for 10 seconds at a time, stirring in between to avoid burning, until just melted. Stir a little bit more outside the microwave to make sure all chunks are melted.
- While still warm, very slowly pour in the red wine while stirring until smooth.
Assembly (using previous recipes):
- Serve yourself a portion of the focaccia bread in a bowl.
- Scoop Olive Oil Ice Cream on top of the focaccia bread.
- While still melty, drizzle the magic shell on top.
- Before it hardens, sprinkle with your favorite toppings, put up your feet and enjoy!
