Simply combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, and pureed or sliced strawberries in a jar, and let it sit overnight in the fridge. In the morning, top with anything you like!. Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup mashed or pureed strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries sliced (for topping)
  • Nuts seeds, granola, or other toppings (optional)
  • Whipped cream optional - but why not live a little!
  • 1 Graham Cracker crumbled (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or container, combine the rolled oats, yogurt, milk, mashed or pureed strawberries, and honey (if using).
  • Stir well until all ingredients are combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
