Air Fryer Lemon Herb Salmon

- Ziploc or Large Plastic Bag

Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets around 4 oz each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon za’atar optional
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives pitted and halved (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley optional
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl or pyrex measuring cup, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon in a plastic bag and pour the marinade into the bag. Zip or seal the bag closed and massage the salmon with the marinade. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.
