- 8” cast iron skillet, baking sheet or pan

- 1 - 8 ” wheel of brie cheese
- 1/3 cup fig jam or butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- Crostini or Crackers for serving
Instructions
For the Prep
