Pancakes are a delicious and versatile breakfast food that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. However, they can sometimes be a bit plain on their own. So let’s create a dreamy and unforgettable topping together – watch out whipped cream!
There are endless possibilities when it comes to pancake toppings, but one of my favorites is this 2-ingredient berry fluff. It’s made with just marshmallow fluff and pureed berries, and it’s the perfect way to add a touch of sweetness and creaminess to your pancakes.
This berry fluff is also incredibly easy to make. Simply puree your favorite berries in a blender or food processor, then fold in the marshmallow fluff. That’s it! You’re done.
Once your berry fluff is made, generously dollop it on top of your pancakes and enjoy. You can also use it to top waffles, French toast, or even ice cream.
Here are a few pancake dessert ideas that you can use the berry fluff to create:
– Pancake Sundae: Top your pancakes with berry fluff, whipped cream, chocolate chips, and nuts.
– Pancake Cake: Layer pancakes with berry fluff, frosting, and fresh fruit.
– Pancake Trifle: Layer pancakes, berry fluff, and yogurt in a trifle bowl.
– Pancake Ice Cream Sandwiches: Scoop berry fluff between two pancakes and freeze for a delicious and refreshing treat.
– Pancake Kabobs: Thread pancakes, fresh fruit, and berry fluff onto skewers.
No matter how you use it, this 2-ingredient berry fluff is a delicious and easy way to add a touch of sweetness and creaminess to your pancakes.
