Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Non-stick cooking spray
