Strawberry Swirl Yogurt Bark
This refreshing and colorful dessert is perfect for the New Year's festivities! Simply mix honey-sweetened Greek yogurt with sliced strawberries, spread it on a sheet pan, swirl, decorate and freeze until firm. The sweet strawberry flavor and the creamy yogurt make for a winning combo that kids (and adults!) will love!

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it and how sweet your yogurt is)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries diced
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries pureed
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds optional
- 1/4 cup dried fruit optional
- Edible glitter optional
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
Top with the sliced strawberries, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and edible glitter (if using).
Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
