Equipment

  • Set of popsicle molds (6)
  • 6 Popsicle sticks (optional, in case the popsicle mold sticks don't work)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed or pure orange juice
  • 1/3 cup freshly squeezed juice or pure lemon or lime juice
  • 1/3 cup pure pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cups sugar

Instructions

  • In 3 medium bowls, measure out each of the juices.
  • Add 1/4 cup sugar to each of the bowls and stir until dissolved.
  • Evenly divide the water into each of the bowls, as well.
  • Pour the pomegranate mixture into the bottom, evenly distributing amongst the popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
  • Pour the lime mixture amongst the popsicle molds. Freeze for another 2 hours. The pomegranate may not be completely frozen and they may swirl together. If you want them to be separated, freeze for longer in each step.
  • Pour the orange mixture amongst the popsicle molds. Freeze for another 2 hours or until firm.
  • Run each popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds to help loosen them and enjoy!
